Monday was our day at Epcot. Will was super excited to go to Epcot. He had been reading about the Test Track and Soarin. The thought of the countries was exciting to him, too.
Our schedule:
1. Test Track
2. Soarin
3. Journey into Imagination with Figment
4. Princess Lunch at Akershus
5. The Seas with Nemo and Friends
6. Walk through World Showcase
7. Dinner at Wolfgang Puck Express in Downtown Disney
We all loved the Test Track and Soarin. I didn’t know what either was so I was surprised when we went on a roller coaster at the end of Test Track. The kids LOVED it! Will thought it was so cool to soar over California. Lindy really liked Imagination with Figment – probably because she has the wildest imagination EVER. We had lunch with the princesses but neither kid really cared. When I told Lindy we were eating with them she said, “Not the princesses. I hope I don’t have to take pictures with them.” Sorry, kid. She told each one she was a pirate – not a princess. We walked through the countries in the afternoon but the kids were bored and tired. They played our phones in the stroller while we looked around a bit. We stopped by the hotel and then headed to Downtown Disney. We were going to walk around a bit but both kids acted like they were going to puke at dinner. I got to go in the Christmas store and then we went back to the hotel. It was a quick trip there.
Right after the ride!
The picture they took on the ride. Too funny that Drew and I are both facing the kids, making sure they are alright! ha!
Playing the drums in Mexico.
Meeting Belle right when we walked in the door. She talked about her buying her books and how she loved to read.
She was a very good Belle. In fact we saw the same Belle later in the week at another attraction.
Princess Aurora. We aren’t big into princesses. I had to look up the fact that she was from Sleeping Beauty.
Ariel from The Little Mermaid.
Cinderella!
Sleeping Beauty. Notice Lindy’s hair bow. Mimo bought that for her for Xmas.
On the Nemo ride.
Had to get the Mickey ice cream!
I was trying to get a picture of Will and our travel throw up bucket and the trained monkey looked up and smiled at me. ha ha.
Why don’t you take up some of the bed, Will?!
